The Bounce Dryer Bar works much like your dryer sheets. One time located inside of your dryer where it stays secure, heat, in addition the tumbling movement of your clothes, lets for the transport of fabric softener.
Over time, you'll notice the bar beginning to wear away, and usually in concerning 2 or 4 months*, depending on the size of the bar, it will want to be replaced.
1.) Shunt paper backing from Bounce Dryer Bar. 2.) Press firmly onto dryer drum. Smooth surfaces work excellent. 3.) In concerning 2 or 4 months, just shunt the cartridge and replace together with a new one.
The Dryer Bar, is of course, totally safe for your household dryer and it's compatible together with any household dryer type. In fact, it's even recommended by the Kenmore brand!
The same goes for fabrics*. Rest assured, we've tested the dryer bar together with literally thousands of loads and together with many types of garments.
* Not for use in kids's sleepwear or other garments labeled as flame resistant as it may decrease flame resistance
Yes, the Dryer Bar has been tested to show this it's safe for together HE and regular household dryers. In fact, it's even recommended by the Kenmore brand.
When installed properly, the adhesive will remain stuck to the dryer drum until removed, like so locking the bar safely in situate.
You'll recognize it's time to insert a new Dryer Bar when the word "Replace" appears on your old one. Just pull back the wings on either side of the holder, and the old bar should slide right out. Then just snap the new one in situate.
Generally, you shouldn't want to replace your dryer bar holder to replace your bar. If for some reason you decide to shunt the Dryer Bar holder, you can do so in just 3 simple steps:
1.) Turn your empty dryer on the High/Cotton environment for 5 minutes to soften the adhesive. 2.) Wait several minutes for the dryer drum to cool, then use a plastic spatula to gently pry the holder off. Do not use anything metal, as metal can scratch the dryer drum surface. 3.) Use the spatula to rub off any excess residue. You can in addition use a wet dishtowel together with some mild soap like Dawn® Dish Detergent.
